The EAS team releases data sets internally to investigators. Data released internally is not listed here. However data conventions, dictionaries, and codebook can all be publicly viewed. Click here to view details about prior releases.

Types of Data Releases

Internal Releases

Overview: The EAS TDM Core releases datasets as needed to support analyses of P01 grant aims and rapid dissemination of results.
Frequency: As needed for meetings, conferences, and advisory boards.
Usage Notes: Data undergo basic QC but are not external releases; manual inspection is always required before use.

External Releases

Overview: The EAS TDM Core releases datasets to support analyses of P01 and auxiliary grants (e.g., R01, R03).
Frequency: ~Annually.
Usage Notes: Shared only with active investigators on covered grants; not permitted for use outside institutional agreements with Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Bespoke Releases

Overview: Datasets released upon approval of a concept proposal for reasonable, non-overlapping use.
Frequency: After execution of a Data Use Agreement.
Usage Notes: Shared only with active investigators on covered grants; not permitted for use outside institutional agreements with Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
